We’ll meet women who are survivors of abuse, take a look at Sheridan County’s coordinated response to domestic violence, and learn about an innovative education program in Pinedale area schools. We’ll also meet Theresa Pacheco, mother of Melissa Martinez who was brutally murdered by her husband earlier last year.
...looks at programs in place offering economic assistance to families in our state. We’ll meet Bonnie who left fast food work for a better job in hopes of supporting her two young sons; Teena, a single mom who trained to drive trucks to increase her income; and Emrys whose mobile home was weatherized through a special program offered by the state.
examines the issues surrounding adoption for foster children in the system. We’ll meet several couples who have adopted children including the Lundahl’s, a family of twelve kids: two “biological,” four in foster care and six adopted children. We’ll also learn about adult adoption as a relatively new option.

...explores the way religious institutions have transformed grass-roots projects into more structured programs that work in concert with government agencies and non-profit organizations to help children, families and communities throughout the state.
